Please write down to us: 

  • your contract number 
  • what happened (describe the event in couple sentences)
  • when did it happen (date and time)
  • what is estimated value of the damage
  • what was damaged
  • if you have photos, please attach them

Our colleagues from claim dept. will register the claim and you will receive confirmation, claim number and list of other documents if required.
